Technical Issues of MocPOGO

If your device does not have location services enabled, this problem will occur. Follow the steps below to check if you have enabled Location Services: Scroll down the control panel on your device and find the location icon. If the button is colored blue, you have it turned on, if not, click the button to enable location services.

If there are no character/Pokemons/items on the map, you can try to move further away or locate a place with lots of Pokémon.

Currently, MocPOGO for Mac supports simultaneous connection of devices with iOS17 and lower versions. Windows only supports simultaneous connection and use of multiple devices below iOS17.
